The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is seeking information regarding a procurement opportunity they are intending to launch for a replacement IT system to support the ongoing delivery of the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) services which might include the procurement/development of a new system. This process includes looking at the best route to market for this requirement.

The DHSC is interested to learn of any innovative suggestions from the market to improve service and/or reduce costs? Also, any concerns and/or risks that the market may have in providing the service being sought?
Following the 31st January 2024 deadline for the Requests for Information, the DHSC is able to meet with potential interested bidders for this requirement in early/mid- February to both ask any questions about their submission and also listen to their suggestions on the above?
