Description

South Thames College Group are looking to tender for their Utilities Broker & Services and Carbon Accounting & Management requirements. This tender will be split into 2 lots. Pre-market engagement not completed due to certainty on the Group's requirements and specification development.


Lot 1. Lot 1 Utility Broker & Utility Services

Description

South Thames College Group require a Utility Broker to provide services from 1st February 2026 - 31st January 2028. The appointed Utility Broker will be required to source and implement a Utility Services contract for the Group to begin from 1st October 2026. This will be for a 3 year duration until 30th September 2029. The Utility Broker will be required to arrange for the Utility Services provider to enter into a contract with the Group and will be responsible for providing these terms and conditions through to ensuring the contract is signed.
