RQIA wish to engage with the marketplace to see if their current services and support could be delivered by other commercial partners and as a result a Value for Money competition run between potential suppliers, specifically:
• Identify solution options, with indicative timescales and costs, from the market’s approach to delivering a replacement for the existing solution.
• Learn from any recognised “good practice” approaches and techniques utilised by other regulator clients in other jurisdictions.
• Gauge the interest in the market of the potential opportunity to provide a replacement for the existing solution which could improve the operational effectiveness of RQIA.
