Description
The University of Huddersfield invites quotations from suitably experienced contractors for the remedial and improvement works shown on drawing Appendix 8 - Car Park Remedial Works Drawing.
This is a straightforward request for quotation and is not a full tender enquiry. The contractor shall inspect the site, review the drawings, verify the extent and conditions of the works, and submit a complete quotation including labour, plant, materials, delivery, protection, waste removal, testing, making good and completion requirements.
The previously issued planting plan and plant schedule are not to be used as fixed pricing information because the main car park layout has changed. The extent of grassed and planted areas, together with the species and quantities required, shall be reviewed during the site visit and agreed with the Employer's Representative before the quotation is finalised or planting materials are ordered
