Description
The purpose of this tender is to appoint a capable window cleaning operator to deliver and manage a fully managed window cleaning service across Abri's corporate offices and selected schemes. The successful supplier will work collaboratively with Abri to provide a safe, reliable and high-quality service that meets the needs of each location.
The service will include the provision of all labour, equipment, materials, supervision, scheduling, health and safety management, performance monitoring and reporting, and ongoing contract management required to deliver the service. Abri is seeking a scalable, reliable and customer-focused solution that ensures consistently high standards of cleanliness, supports compliance with health and safety requirements, and provides an efficient and consistent approach to window cleaning across its portfolio.
