Description
NHS England (NHSE) are commencing a tender process to identify a supplier who can support a refresh, design and content of three well established leadership development programmes (Edward Jenner, Mary Seacole and Rosalind Franklin Programmes) so that they align with the new Management and Leadership Framework standards and competencies.
The maximum financial envelope for this procurement exercise is £320,000.00 exclusive of Vat (£384,000.00 Inclusive VAT). The initial duration of contract will be up to 31st March 2027 with an optional six (6) months extension at zero value subject to review and approval.
The deadline for completed ITT submissions will be 30th November 2026 at 12:00noon (midday).
Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time.
All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITT.
