Description
Stoke-on-Trent City Council Repairs and Maintenance Services (RMS) department are looking to appoint up to two contractor onto a framework for structural and damp proofing works to Council owned properties within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent.
The works include (but are not limited to):
- undertaking damp surveys
- brickwork repairs
- concrete repairs
- break out defective floors and renew
