Description
LiveWest Homes Ltd is looking to develop the site known as Kings Tamerton, Plymouth and seeks a design and build contractor. The development consists of a mixture of 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, and 4 bed units totalling up to 52 overall units.
An outline planning application was submitted for 70 affordable net zero energy homes and 1 small commercial unit (flexible use), with all matters reserved except access as planning application reference 21/01038/OUT.
LiveWest Homes are seeking a Design and Build Contractor via a Single Stage Tender who would be responsible for delivering this scheme in line with the planning and design criteria as set out in the attached Employers Requirements.
Design and Building Contractors have been invited to tender on this opportunity and are required to submit their responses, queries and questions via Proactis Pro-Contract.
LiveWest's detailed requirements are defined within the specification documents(s).
It is expected that the contract duration will be for around 24 months. The contract with have an estimated total value of £14 million.
