Description
The Council is inviting you to tender for the provision of an ICT Managed Service Provider at Doncaster Sheffield Airport. (Fly Doncaster) Key features This Contract is for the provision of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver a comprehensive suite of Information Technology (IT) and Cyber Security services to support the airport's phased reopening program. The MSP will operate within a clearly defined multi supplier environment that separates physical infrastructure delivery, logical IT service management, and strategic oversight. The MSP will provide core IT services including Service Desk (L1-L3), Security Operations Centre (SOC), identity and access management, end user device management, hardware leasing, asset management, ITSM platform operations, and cloud platform services. These services will enable DSA to establish a secure, modern, cloud first, resilient, and scalable technology environment suitable for both cargo and passenger aviation operations.
