Description
The Trust is seeking Expressions of Interest from specialist development partners capable of delivering a fully integrated scheme anticipated to include but not limited to.
• A new and improved North Entrance, providing a clear, accessible and welcoming gateway to the hospital.
• Retail accommodation, designed to generate sufficient income to fund the development.
• A purpose-built Discharge Lounge, retained as NHS operational and clinical space.
• To include a changing places facility for the general public.
• Improvement of parking provision across the hospital estate.
