Description
Derbyshire Dales District Council, as part of a strategic objective to improve housing affordability in the area, is continuing its housing programme that will deliver 65 homes over the contract term with the potential to increase this number should the opportunity arise.
The contract is for the provision of development and management agent services in support of the Council's housing programme.
The contract is for an initial term of 10 years (120 months) with the option to extend for up to 2 further 5 year (60 month) periods.
