Description
The Isle of Wight Council is seeking to commission an external provider to deliver a Domestic Abuse & Sexual Violence Needs Assessment to inform future commissioning, service development and strategic planning.
The Needs Assessment must be delivered within the agreed contract period (approximately 4-6 months). Timely delivery will depend on effective mobilisation, data access and stakeholder engagement.
