Description
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the design, supply, delivery and installation of a modular unit and associated Civil Engineering site works at ARC Healthy Living, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh. The Contract is being co-ordinated in conjunction with Keys and Monaghan Architects who represent ARC Healthy Living. The estimated Contract Period is 14 weeks duration for off site design and prefabrication and 4 weeks construction on site. This is a funded project through the PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan Theme 1 - Local Community Regeneration and Transformation 1.1 'Enhancement to Existing Community Spaces/Halls' Programme.
