A fully managed, digitally enabled MSK service that:<br/>• Provides a complete alternative to traditional community physiotherapy pathways.<br/>• Offers 24/7 digital triage and remote treatment.<br/>• Combines AI-enabled assessment with HCPC-registered physiotherapist oversight.<br/>• Delivers personalised, preventative and multidisciplinary care.<br/>• Maintains robust safety, safeguarding and governance arrangements.<br/>• Integrates with existing NHS systems while minimising demands on the Head Provider.<br/>• Assumes full responsibility for clinical outcomes, patient management, incident reporting and service governance.
