Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn gwahodd cynigion gan ymgynghorwyr pensaernïol

cymwys â phrofiad i gynnal astudiaeth dichonoldeb ar gyfer opsiynau am

datblygiadau preswyl ar dir yn Nolgellau, Gwynedd, LL40 2YB. Bydd yr astudiaeth yn

asesu hyfywedd datbygu'r safle i ddiwallu unedau tai cymysg, gan gynnwys tai

cymdeithasol a byngalos â chyfyngiad oedran, fel rhan o Brosiect Tŷ Gwynedd

(Rhagor o Wybodaeth),neu datblygiad Gofal Ychwanegol, neu cymysgedd o'r ddau.

Cyngor Gwynedd invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced

architectural consultants to undertake a feasibility study for a residential

development on land at Dolgellau, Gwynedd, LL40 2YB. The study will assess the

viability of developing the site to provide mixed housing units, including social

housing and age-restricted bungalows, as part of the Tŷ Gwynedd Project (More

Information), or an Extra Care Facility, or a mixture of both.
