Description
The overarching aim of the service is to,

• Support people to manage their presenting needs through improved access to information, advice, guidance and community resources for people who need it
• Support improved coping strategies for daily living and transitions
• Enable neurodiverse adults to influence local services and systems
• Promote strengths-based approaches
