The model moves away from high<br/>volume individual referral seeking and <br/>instead prioritises developing employer<br/>centred referral pathways through <br/>dedicated relationship management. It <br/>also introduces sustainable workplace <br/>culture change through Wellbeing Drop<br/>Ins and Social Prescribing Champions <br/>developed and embedded in workplaces. <br/>This approach aligns with the updated <br/>programme aim of supporting people in <br/>employment to remain in work and <br/>enables long-term impact within <br/>organisations.
