Description
The City invites Bidders to complete and submit a request to participate in the Procurement for the provision of a multidisciplinary consultant team to support delivery of the Avondale Square Estate External Works and Electrical Upgrades Project (Phases A and B). The multidisciplinary team is expected to comprise of Lead Consultant / Building Surveying and Contract Administration, Principal Designer (CDM), Principal Designer (Building Regulations), Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Clerk of Works services. Architectural and planning support shall be provided where required. Please refer to the brief for the full scope.
The estimated duration of the contract is 4.44 years.
The estimated contract value given at sections 31 and 32 is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £157,657.66.
