Description
The Council utilises the Housemark system to support its service desk operations and IT asset management. This system collates, validates, and analyses large-scale sector data to provide detailed insight, benchmarking, and performance projections for social housing providers across the UK. The software includes enhanced data validation, new compliance‑led KPIs, and strategic dashboards that support organisations in meeting emerging regulatory requirements such as Awaab's Law and Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).
This enables the Council to compare its performance against similar organisations using robust, sector‑specific intelligence that is not available from any other provider.
