Description
Newcastle City Council (The Client) owns 'The Core' office building at Newcastle Helix and are progressing it's redevelopment.
The council are inviting exceptional contractors to tender for the opportunity for the redevelopment which is inclusive of building strip-out, CAT A fit-out, MEP replacement and a host of Wellbeing and sustainability improvements.
Scope of Works:
The project will cover building strip-out, CAT A fit-out, MEP replacement and a host of Wellbeing and sustainability improvements.
Procurement Approach:
The project will be procured under a two-stage process, the first being a competitive process to select a contractor to enter a PCSA and input into the RIBA Stage 4 design. Completing with a second stage procurement in parallel with the stage 4 design info prior to executing the Building Contract.
Total estimated value: £6,500,000 excluding VAT
