Description
The Welsh Government has reduced the default speed limit on restricted roads from 30mph to 20mph. An evaluation has been commissioned to assess the policy's effectiveness. This tender is for an annual survey, running to 2029, to measure public support, attitudes, travel behaviour and community impacts, feeding into the evaluation.
