Orders may be issued (but not limited to): window and door replacement works; flat and pitched roof repair/replacement works; external pointing and brickwork/concrete/render repair works; repairs to/renewal of fencing; repairs to/renewal of guttering/rainwater goods; replacement of fascia's/soffits and barge boards; communal parts refurb etc.
