Case studies provide real world evidence of good practice design in the historic environment to support our training materials. In gathering training needs analysis for online learning since the pandemic, Historic England have found our target audience is most likely to consume short pieces of learning that add real-world cases and explanation to supplement existing knowledge and guidance
