Description
The procurement has appointed a single provider to deliver specialist commercial advisory support to Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority in relation to its long-term PPP Waste Management Contracts. The appointed provider will support the Authority with commercial strategy, contract management advice, risk mitigation, and commercial optimisation activities across the Authority's waste management portfolio.
The contract operates as an umbrella arrangement under which services will be commissioned on an ad-hoc basis via task orders or purchase orders, depending on the Authority's requirements.
The contract includes an initial term with options for the Authority to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods.
