The proposals must take into consideration the following:
• Removal of existing Buildings
• Separation of services, but within the compound as agreed with Client
• Restoration of grounds, Client will accept that the surface beneath the units can be compacted gravel that is already in situ, but there will be additional materials required egg shooting range
• Removal of shooting range
• Site Constraints:- H&S Awareness of HGVs moving on the Pelham Road Lorry Park
• Residential Properties - noise and dust suppression
• Demolition contractors
• Removal of all waste
• Net zero commitments and considerations
