Description
The Trust have already agreed the Winter plan for 2025/26 and the Department of Microbiology have been allocated £300k to purchase additional consumables to meet the increased demand for testing patients for respiratory viruses. It is anticipated that the funding will be spend on the following test activity:
2,500 for Cepheid bulk buy winter discount (£45.60 per test/£114,000 cost during Winter
