Description
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime)
Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the Most Suitable Provider process.
This Notice is published as a corrigendum to the Contract Award Notice (2025/S 000-044392) to confirm the Authority's award of this contract to Solihealth Ltd.

The approximate lifetime value of the contract comprising initial term of 6 months from 15th September to 14 March 2026 is £85,000. This is a pilot and there is no options to extend.
No representations from other suppliers were received during the standstill period.
The contract is to carry out a 6-month pilot of an Enhanced Health Check service model in Solihull, described below.
The Enhanced Health Check service model pilot comprises:
1. NHS health checks
To undertake a targeted approach to work on behalf of all practices in Solihull to increase the uptake and delivery of NHS health checks. The provider will require access to all clinical systems and will agree with practices a process to undertake the following:
• Case finding
• All communication with patients (invitations to health check appointment, query handling)
• Patient follow up
All health checks will be undertaken by qualified HCAs, using Point of Care Testing equipment to enable results to be discussed at the health check appointment.
2. Post health check GP appointments
To develop/use an escalation criteria to identify patients who would benefit from GP intervention following an NHS health check. Where the criteria is met, patients will be offered a GP appointment/s where the following will be undertaken:
• Initiation of treatment
• Stabilisation of treatment
• Health promotion
3. Access to complimentary services
To work with other services to ensure that patients have the opportunity to access complimentary services where appropriate.
This contract is to carry out a pilot and will not extend beyond 6 months duration. Once concluded, an evaluation of the pilot will be used to inform future service design and delivery.
