Description

Provision of one to one youth work mentoring for pupils in school, PRU and for those on reduced timetables.

5.4 Youth Workers providing two days a week input during each term as defined by West

Berkshire Education Service for the Academic years 2025/26 (with possibility to extend to 2026/27

and 2027/28 in each of the 10 Secondary Schools and the PRU in West Berkshire, delivering one to one work with

Young People (YP) who have been identified by the school or Early Response Hub / Young Futures

Panel / YJST (or other appropriate mechanism) as requiring support and intervention.
