Description
Vary the existing Microsoft Enterprise Licensing Agreement contract on the following basis:
• Upgrade Microsoft E3 licences to Microsoft E5 licences using Microsoft's E5 Ramp Up model.
• Extend the contract by 12 months from 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2029.
• Increase the contract value by £2,510,000 excluding VAT.
• Increase the aggregate contract value from £5,754,292.88 to £8,264,292.88.
