Description

**This is an Intention to Award Notice to award a contract using a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations for Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TR) for the South East and South West Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)**

Details of the services were provided in the F02: Contract Notice published on the 1st July 2025 (2025/S 000-036535).

The contract(s) period is 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2031 (which includes an optional extension period for up to 2 (two) years), as defined at the sole discretion of the Commissioners, for both lots and their respective contracts.

Each of the lots total combined maximum contracts values, across the full potential term of 5 (five) years, including any optional extension years are:

LOT 1 - South West = £819,467

LOT 2 - South East = £1,371,400

With a total maximum contract(s) value, for both lots combined is £2,190,867.

The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight 7th January 2026.

This exercise was carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.

This contract had not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under PSR.
