Description
Non‑AQP Physiotherapy Services.<br/><br/>The modification comprises the following;<br/><br/>To enact the existing contractual extension clause to extend the contract for a further 12 months.<br/><br/>With effect from 1 January 2026, the unit price for Non‑AQP Physiotherapy Services will be uplifted to £46.01 per appointment.<br/><br/>Based on activity levels and costs from the previous contract year, the estimated total contract value for the extension period is £258,676.33 including the uplift. <br/><br/>The contract remains variable in value, dependent on actual service activity delivered during the extension period.
