The management of legal costs relating to personal injury and clinical negligence claims. qualified in all aspects of legal costs that are controlled by both statute and common law. The services provided include:
• scrutinising, and where appropriate, challenging bills
• working to ensure that the amount of legal costs paid for every settled claim is reasonable and proportionate, and that the sums claimed are properly recoverable in law
• handling all aspects of costs management including costs budgeting, negotiating and advocacy
