The requirements below are indicative and subject to change following market engagement. GSA intends to split this requirement into lots as outlined below:
Kitchen & Bathrooms Lots:
• Work alongside GSA existing Kitchen manufacturer to install Kitchen
• There may be requirements to conduct aids & adaptations to existing GSA Kitchen & Bathrooms
• Design & Installation of partial rewires of K&B's
• Supply & installation of like for like Bathrooms and wet rooms in GSA properties
Electronical Component Replacement Lots:
• Full Rewires
• Partial Rewires
• General Electrical upgrades
• Electronical installs in kitchen and bathrooms
• Electrical heating devices
