Establishment of a highways framework to meet a number of highways requirements. A number of lots will be created including but not limited to the following:
highways surveys
highways materials and surface treatments
landscaping
highways drainage
traffic management
highways defect repairs
green space infrastructure
tram track repairs
road markings
highways electrical works
