Herefordshire Council's (the Client) objective for the

service is for a single professional services provider

(the Contractor) that:

• delivers responsive and high-quality multidisciplinary professional services

• takes a partnership approach seeking to develop

a long term relationship with Herefordshire (the

Client) for the delivery of professional services

• understand the needs of Herefordshire, its

environment and communities

• supports the Client team to develop its capability

and capacity in the delivery and commissioning of

professional services so that by the end of the

Service Period it is in a stronger position.
