Description

The Council is about award up to two dockless cycle hire operators (together "the Service Providers") who are capable of deploying a total of 3,500 dockless e-bikes in the borough-wide network of designated dockless cycle hire parking bays.

The two contracts will be offered to the two highest scoring bids in a ratio of 60% to the highest scoring bid and 40% to the second highest scoring bid
