Description
The project involves internal and external refurbishment works, including electrical upgrades, structural alterations, installation of bespoke fixtures, and redecoration, to enhance the functionality and appearance of an existing premises in line with the design requirements.
• Install fixed furniture: bench seating, bar, shelving with rustic brackets, and wall-mounted tables.
• Replace glazed entrance screen with new timber/glass unit.
• Full internal decoration of all walls, ceilings, and joinery with Dulux finishes.
• Retain and redecorate existing timber shopfronts and signage
• Create new masonry opening with structural steel and finished boxing.
• Replace flooring with reclaimed quarry tiles.
