The purpose of this agreement was for Building Services (more particularly Property Maintenance Section) on behalf of the of Swansea Council to establish a framework agreement for General Builders.
The framework is an agreement for the Building Maintenance Section to carry out maintenance projects to Swansea Councils Schools and the Public Building Portfolio. These works include but are not limited to:
General Building
Groundworks
Bricklaying
Plastering
Carpentry
Flooring
Installation of Fire Doors
