Utilities dynamic market - A dynamic market that can only be used by utility organisations to award utilities contracts. Tender notices may optionally be provided only to members of the market. (Not included in the DM/DPS filter option.)
Dynamic purchasing system - Similar to a dynamic market, but only allowed for commonly used purchases. Tender notices are not required for future contracts. New suppliers can join at any time during the term of the market. Established under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016.
Qualification system - Similar to a utilities dynamic market, a system used by utilities to pre-qualify suppliers. Established under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016.
