Description
East Devon District Council has awarded a Measured Term Contract to Bell Group Limited for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment and internal adaptation works across the Council's housing stock. The contract was procured through a competitive mini-competition under the South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Whole House Refurbishment Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), reference 52746, governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The initial contract term is 24 months commencing 11 January 2027, with provision for three optional extensions of 12 months each, subject to Council approval.
