Description
The Council is seeking to purchase training from Local Government Association (LGA), through its consultancy arm, the Improvement and Development Agency (iDeA), to deliver a Decision Making Accountability (DMA) organisational design review, associated practitioner training and knowledge transfer. The proposed contract value is £28,000 and combines DMA practitioner training, senior leadership organisational analysis and a live organisational design review of one Directorate.
