Description
For the provision of a 24 month extension with Journey Alerts. Provision of a customer communications and journey information service to support the delivery of real-time travel updates to passengers through digital messaging channels. The service enables the automated distribution of operational information and journey updates, including disruption notifications, service changes and travel alerts. The requirement comprises the continued provision, support and maintenance of the existing service, including associated system integrations and platform functionality, under a fixed-term contract extension to ensure continuity of operations while future customer communication requirements and technology options are evaluated.
