Description
Aston University has awarded a contract for Phase 1B Refurbishment Works at 10 Woodcock Street, Birmingham (B7 4BL). The works involve refurbishment of the partial Ground Floor, the Third Floor, and the upgrade of Staircores 2, 4 and 5 of the building. The project was procured through a Further Competition under the Pagabo National Framework for Refit and Refurbishment Solutions, and the contract has been awarded to Willmott Dixon Interiors Ltd.
