Under the National Collaborative Framework for Adult Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and CAMHS Hospital Services, a placement is proposed between Powys Teaching Local Health Board and Elysium Healthcare Limited. This proposed placement is being made under Lot 11 (Locked Rehabilitation (Controlled Egress) Mental Health - Male) of the Framework Agreement as a potential call-off contract.
