Amendment of the Contract for the Provision of Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) without prior publication for a call for competition in the cases listed below:
The proposed amendment falls within the scope of the application of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) ("PCR"), Regulation 72(1)(f) and Regulation 72(5); and further (or alternatively), Regulation 72(1)(b) and 72(1)(e) of the PCR.
