Hull City Council has appointed Firntec Ltd to conduct comprehensive Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) for 14 of Hull City Council's High-Risk Residential buildings (18m+). This appointment has been made under EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Services Framework Gen-4, Lot 12 Fire Safety Consultant Services. The Services are to commence 21st July 2026, completion date 19th July 2027. The budget is £240,000 overall with no option to extend.
