Devon and Cornwall Police are conducting pre-market engagement to understand the commercial supply base for a marine vessel to enhance the force’s ability to respond to the threat of organised immigration crime (OIC) from the water.Proven past performance including technical capabilities and evidence of economic and financial standing for the following high level (but not limited to) services:• A versatile and multi-functional vessel which is capable to facilitate marine patrol, diving and ROV operations and personnel transportation.• An ability to reach high speed, carry high weight and provide sufficient space for diving equipment.• The capacity to provide good ride quality, safety and protection from extreme conditions• Fully meet the Police Boat Code Category B standards and MCA Cat 2 This Prior Information Notice is to alert the market of the requirement.
