Historic demand has been limited but requirements cannot be accurately predicted.\n•The geographical spread of properties and the potential for future additions or removals may impact resource planning, travel requirements and service delivery arrangements.\n•Recruitment, vetting, retention and availability of appropriately trained and licensed security personnel may affect service resilience during the contract term, particularly during periods of high demand and public holidays.\n•Failure to maintain statutory, regulatory, safeguarding, DBS, SIA licensing, data protection and health and safety requirements could adversely impact delivery of the services.\n•Technology failures relating to patrol monitoring, incident reporting, communications or lone-worker arrangements may adversely affect operational performance and contract compliance.\n•The supplier may be required to respond to emergency incidents, fire safety events, alarm activations and other unforeseen circumstances outside normal working hours.\n•Service performance failures may result in the application of contractual remedies, service credits, recovery of alternative provision costs and other contractual actions.\n•TUPE may apply on commencement, expiry or termination of the contract, including in relation to employees engaged wholly or mainly in the provision of the services. Bidders should satisfy themselves regarding any potential TUPE implications and associated employment liabilities, staffing costs and pension obligations.
