However, the replacement arrangement could not be implemented within the planned timescales because the required Service Level Agreements had not been finalised through the Government Communication Agency (GCA) approval process. As a consequence, the replacement service could not commence as anticipated.\nTo ensure continuity of media buying services and maintain DWP's ability to secure advertising inventory, DWP extended the existing transitional contract until 13 July 2026.
