It provides free holiday activities, enrichment opportunities, and nutritious meals for children and young people aged 5–16 who are eligible for benefits related free school meals.\nThe programme has been delivered through an externally commissioned arrangement for the past five years. It provides free holiday activities, enrichment opportunities, and nutritious meals for children and young people aged 5–16 who are eligible for benefits related free school meals.\nThe programme has been delivered through an externally commissioned arrangement for the past five years.
